On the palate, refined scallop-like umami remains present throughout, while the floral character lends elegance to each sip. Its mouthfeel is beautifully balance. Samidori is one of the most celebrated cultivars from Uji, Kyoto, and has long regarded as one of the finest cultivars for producing tencha.
