Refund policy

Matcha Allongé sells food and beverage products. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened consumable items.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a review, please contact us at info@matchaallonge.com and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the product and packaging
• a short description of the issue

Items must be unopened and unused to be considered for return approval where applicable.

Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
• replacement product
• store credit
• refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us (wrong or defective item sent). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
