Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on Matcha Allongé may be offered as subscription purchases with recurring billing.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us at info@matchaallonge.com.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be managed for future billing cycles.

Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are billed according to the interval selected at checkout.

Changes to Subscription
Customers may update, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Refunds
Subscription orders follow our standard Refund & Return Policy.
