Transcendence Coffee - Algerian Baklava Syrup
These matchas pair beautifully with the honey, cinnamon, and orange blossom notes of baklava for a rich café-style matcha latte.
Inspired by the rich, syrupy goodness of Algerian-style baklava. Made with real honey, whole cinnamon sticks, and fragrant orange blossom petals, it’s sweet, spiced, and just the right amount of floral.
This syrup is completely nut-free! All the flavor, none of the nuts.
Ingredients: Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Orange Blossom Buds, Cinnamon, Honey
Size: 375ml
Add 1–2 tablespoons to matcha and milk for a baklava-inspired matcha latte. Also delicious in coffee, desserts, and iced drinks.
Baklava Matcha Latte
• 3g matcha
• 40g hot water
• 150g milk
• 1 tbsp Algerian Baklava syrup
Whisk matcha with water until smooth, add syrup, then pour over milk.
Optional: sprinkle cinnamon or crushed pistachios.
