Aikenka Matcha - Okumidori Grove
Meet Aikenka's Ceremonial Okumidori. Okumidori isn’t a high-output cultivar. It grows more slowly and typically produces smaller yields, which is one reason it’s less common. Farms that grow it usually do so by choice, not convenience favouring character over volume. A late cultivar yields high levels of amino acids and chlorophyll, giving Okumidori its vivid green color, rounded umami, and velvety mouthfeel. A bold & delicious taste.
Weight: 30g
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light, and moisture.
After opening, keep the lid tightly sealed and refrigerate for optimal freshness.
Best enjoyed within 2–3 months of opening.

"Love this. So tasty!"
"This little morning matcha latte ritual feels like an act of self love each time I make myself a beautiful drink. I don’t get any kind of anxiety like I do with coffee and I love how fresh and bright the matcha is. So grateful to have such a high quality product to use daily."
