For us, classic doesn't mean flat, on the contrary. Miracolo is our new classic. Our remix. Our interpretation of what a classic espresso should be. It's our way of saying, voilà! a coffee. A coffee that tastes of the idea of coffee, the memory of a good coffee, you know that time in Quebec City, it was cold, it was nice.
We made the Miracolo to remember why we love coffee, why we fell in love with this beverage in the first place. Put milk in it or not, but put love in it.
