rocky’s matcha Shiranami Blend is a ceremonial grade matcha sourced directly from Kagoshima, Japan. It combines two of the most prolific and prevalent cultivars in contemporary tea the Okumudori and Samidori. Similar to both of the cultivars it stems from, Shiranami offers a balanced taste profile between its pronounced, vegetal freshness and more umami undertones. It’s a light and refreshing matcha that can be enjoyed by itself or mixed with your milk of choice.
